Sarah Jane Clark is a food addiction consultant and empowerment coach, based in Swindon.

She has overcome food addiction after escaping domestic abuse and lost more than half her body weight (12.5st) through her own exercising and healthy eating plan.

Sarah Jane is now on a mission to help others, while addressing disordered eating, mental health around food addiction, and the root causes of Britain’s obesity crisis.

She runs Step by Step with Sarah Jane, which helps change the narrative around food and weight loss and empowers clients to make positive lifestyle changes to sustain long-term physical and mental health.

She has appeared in newspapers and magazines and on national radio, as well as podcasts and various websites and is a regular talking head on local radio.
